KB BOND 5002 AND HARDNER KB 100


GENERAL	: This system is Two Component Thixotropic Epoxy based compound used for rolled up/Coil filter paper application of Automotive and Industrial Filters. It is ready to use filled system. It cures at room Temperature and gives Sags free sealing.
APPLICATION	This system has the following advantages of: good adhesion for metal to paper and metal to metal, low shrinkage and hence good sealing resistance to lube oil, petrol and diesel.

Storage Life (Min.)	60-90 days (away from direct sun light)
Shelf Life	60-90 days at 30°C away from direct sunlight or heat and in original containers. Material will be thicken on storage but adhesion will remain unaffected .Use KB THINNER, as required.

Appearance	White Viscous paste.
Density at 25°C	0.98 ± 0.05

MIXING RATIO	KB BOND 5002-100 PARTS HARDNER KB 100 – 5 PARTS
DIRECTION FOR USE	As the mixing ratio is critical the resin has to be thoroughly mixed before used. The two -components are mixed homogenously in the above proportion in a separate container and used. 100 grams of the above mix will have 50 minutes pot life at ambient temperature and should be used before that time. Larger masses will have a lower pot life.
